oh god, NOOOOO! if u don't want to die from boredness, there is a certain category of French films to absolutely avoid: recent films talking about society and/or love/ nostalgia/sadness . There is something in it that is absolutely unbereable. Foreign films on the same subjects are so much better... And I don't say it bcse I'm French.

French just suck when they want to do serious movie, that's it. However some of our comedies are fine...
