After 2 weeks of no training I'm going to attempt to run the Marathon tomorrow.
Maybe I'll get lucky and die.

jogging

i cant run. i started jogging, only after a nice long speed walk.
Thursday i went for a jog in the dark, tripped on uneven sidewalk (fuck cheektowaga) tore up some ligaments and sprained my ankle. Now im in an aircast!!!!
