Though I was a little worried that Tommy might do more then toss her against the car -- that really would have been going too far. Sheila beating her up would have been hilarious though. It's really disgusting how Janet is all but saintly in people's eyes and Sheila gets labelled a whore. I feel like I should feel bad for laying the majority of the blame on Janet, but I just don't. She had to know what it'd do to both brothers in the end, and she obviously just didn't care. That's fucking COLD. I don't care if she feels like Johnny's the nicest and sexiest and most ROCKIN' IN THE SACK guy she's ever met - there's just no excuse. She knew better. She just didn't care. Maybe I'm heartless, but I have no problem laying most of the blame on Janet. Yes, Johnny is a great guy and from what we've seen he's slightly more ... outwardly stable then Tommy I guess, but he's still a Gavin. And, the Gavins are a loud, crude and basically fucked-up family but they're still intensely loyal to each other. We all know the Gavin men can't keep their dicks to themselves, so it's easier to understand Johnny's folly in all this -- Janet, on the other hand, SHOULD know better. She knows what Tommy is like and how he'll react, and she also knows the inner workings of the family. Tommy beating the crap out of Johnny was a foregone conclusion, Janet knew that and still started things up with Johnny. That is fucking cold.
As for Kenny Lou, I hate say this because seeing where he is now is sad, but I don't think we've seen his rock bottom yet and that worries me. A LOT.

Totally. And I'm not actually conviced that Johnny is as stable as we've been lulled to believe. Sure, more stable than Tommy, lmfao, but he's divorced from his wife (or at least seperated) and according to Tommy apparently has one kid in boarding/military school and the other heading in that direction.
So, like you said, still a Gavin.
Why Janet would choose to head down a slightly less bumpy detour of the SAME DAMN ROAD again, I can't even fathom.
I don't think we've seen his rock bottom yet and that worries me. A LOT.
