your supposed to go easy with things like crunches. you build them up the more you do them. you just don't do a random number, lol.
first day you should do about 10-15, and build up slowly from them. if you rush it, not only do your muscles form badly, but you weaken them and ruin your body's pattern of working out. you should only push yourself when you feel lazy, not when you're really really dead. it's a workout motto. but keep it up, it's good cardio, just don't overdue it, or you'll regret it...a lot.

i know..when i started i was only doing 25 a night them every now and then 50 then 75 and so on..thanks though, i appreciate that you care <3 and that people are looking out for me <33 dont know what i would/will do without you guys

hi. surprise surprise vanji is actually showing shes alive. i just wanted to say, its easier to do your workout in the morning. if you do it after 6 pm, usually youll have a hard time sleeping.. im not sure why... i read it somewhere tho. just in case you wanted ta knoow
