It came from Microsoft
I found these terrifying template files lurking on my computer - they were suggested when I was trying to save something. Apparently this is what Microsoft thinks is helpful. Also, note the pink. Augh pink. WHY IS IT PINK.
Note also the spelling error.
It does make me feel like our budget is doing pretty well, though, due to not spending nearly that much on any of those things. (Actual budget is in a Google Doc.)
