The jerk that won my laptop on Ebay sent me a fake paypal payment. How do I know this? Because when I logged into my paypal account THE MONEY WASN'T THERE!!!!!!!! Plus he wanted me to ship the laptop to his son in Africa. Which is what all the phishing scammers say when they want to buy from you. When I looked at his history, he had three negative
