I'm working today. I've been answering phones at Piedmont Triad Partnership since 1 and it's now 4:38. I'll be here for 22 more minutes at least. It's made me realize that I'm really bad talking on the phone. I can think of really good on-the-spot responses when I'm talking to someone in person, but I freak out when I'm on the phone. Well, if it makes you feel any better..when I tried being my Dad's secretary for a week last summer...my response to just about everyone was "Please hold while I direct your call to someone who knows what the fuck they're doing". Sounds to me like you're better than that, I doubt I even said no problem...I probably replied with "yeah, sure, just don't call me again".
