I do too, but I wish they weren't such a fecking pain to use. They don't do anything unless you actually have the catalogs sitting there in front of you to type in the customer number. And a close reading of their terms of use pretty much says they can do whatever they want with your personal information. They say they don't notify people of changes in the terms, and the language appears to imply that using the web site after a change (even just to find that the change has occurred) constitutes consent to the new terms

Ah - let's hope that it is just because they are in Beta, new to this and working things out. I hadn't tried to do it yet because I knew you needed the address page and I didn't have any laying around.
