Hey, if you decide to actually make one of these, let me know. I'd love to build one for my house, and I'm sure you have far more experience with electrical stuff and soldering things. It would be awesome to get coffee from South America to roast at home, especially when my dad is in town. Also, it sounds like a fun project. :)
