Last night I watched a documentary on HBO called "Middle Sexes: Redefining He & She." The show "examines how different societies and cultures handle the blur of gender sexual identity and sexual orientation." It was a very enlightening show. This "arousal meter"... did you happen to find out what kind of sensor it was attatched to? How did they determine that they got aroused? I'd be interested to know. I'm a science wonk!

Well, I don't exactly know what kind of sensor it was, but I can describe the basic concept. There was a "noose-like" wire that was placed around the base of the penis. It was then attached to ?something? that could measure the expansion of the penis, based upon the "growing pressure" against the "noose." It really looked pretty rudimentary...
PS. I've NEVER been much for science (with the exception of meteorology... weather has always intrigued me). Well, I DO enjoy the social sciences too. Hmm... maybe it's just earth science, technology, biology & chemistry that don't interest me much.
