There is also a way to super chill something down to about -100 or so. Methyl alcohol (or everclear) and dry ice mixed and stirred will chill something down to around -100 to -120 or so. That's why they call it poor man's liquid nitrogen, but I'm getting worried about the steel getting too brittle and shattering.
Some crazy SOB's will take a welder and weld a bead down the length of the sleeve, and it will shrink as it cools, but the inherent danger is that you will weld the sleeve to the block, and I really DON'T want to do that!
