If you take "to hurt" out of that sentence, you have an answer.

I don't think the one who's least in love has the most power. It may be that his/her insecurity produces a fear that renders his inability to love and be loved. The one who is able to love may feel pain at first but will be stronger in the end and earn the compassionate support of others if he/she is still willing to open and let others in. We still miss and care for you. = )
