How is it that music can evoke so much emotion...Ive never cried in a movie, never cried reading a book, rarely do i cry in the course of everyday life. Ok this is cheesy, but the first show I really saw was Blood Brothers when they did it at Collins Hill. I'm not even sure of the song title, but part of the words are "Tell me it's not true." And something about the harmony was so beautiful, so rich that something changed in me. I think it was the first time that I realized the beauty and power of music.

I can hardly listen to John Legend - Ordinary People or Howie Day - Collide without just completely boohooing. It reminds me of a thousand intensely divine memories.
