Grace Hopper Conference, 2015
Last week my long-held dream came true - I got to attend Grace Hopper Conference! It was 3 days of absolute craziness - of waking up at 7 am and not getting back to the hotel until 11pm, with each day filled to the brink with so many experiences, that it's still hard to really process them.

flock of birds
My favorite thing about the beaches of California is the richness of the fauna which you encounter there. At one point we saw whales, seals, dolphins and various birds - all while sitting on a small hidden beach!
Today I would like to share this magnificent flock of birds we've seen not far from the city of Half Moon Bay.

Cheers to the new beginnings!
The project that I have originally joined Microsoft for has been canceled, and the team has mostly dispersed to other projects/companies. As a result, for the last 2-3 months I have been looking for a new job. I have found it virtually impossible to find a team that is as ambitious and with as high caliber of people as I have been blessed to work ( Read more... ) -
Balloning the office
I have always wanted to do something as awesome at work, and my dreams finally came true last Friday! :) The context is: mine and the guys' manager was gone on leave for 2 months and we decided to meet and greet him in style!
