Dude, I had 4 teeth filled Monday. I was numb all the way up to my eye, that is when the novicane was actually working!

I had 3 filled. They had...issues...numbing a bottom tooth, thus the tongue numb 3 hrs later. Of course, they tried to proceed WITHOUT getting that bottom tooth fully numb. I just about came out of the chair...

LOL yeah I know how you feel, they started working on my back tooth and the novicane had worn off... it was not pleasant.

*cringe* Yep. I once had a dentist blow air on a drilled out tooth after the novicane wore off. I think I bruised my hand on the tray because both hands came up from that one.

Aren't dental horror stories fun?
