I just ran. I ran 5 miles. I had to stop 3 or 4 times to throw up because I haven't done a noteworthy amount of cardio in about a year. Right before I ran I lifted weights. I feel tired. It isn't very smart to overtrain like that.
Throwing up is also a sign of dehydration.
