Ugh

I just ran. I ran 5 miles. I had to stop 3 or 4 times to throw up because I haven't done a noteworthy amount of cardio in about a year. Right before I ran I lifted weights. I feel tired. I hope I am not sore tomorrow, but I think that I overdid it and will be. This is one of the reasons I have a hard time staying on top of a workout routine, I ( Read more... )

You overdid it times ten.
It isn't very smart to overtrain like that.
Throwing up is also a sign of dehydration.

I didn't start throwing up until I was heading home, I had to get home, correct? I'll just have to run my not 5 mile course...I know a good 3 mile course, that sounds more like it...

And there's this thing I like to call... walking. You can try that when you've over extended yourself as well.

but my muscles were still functioning...for the most part, sort of...and it would take so long to walk, like 30 minutes to get home, geeze...you expect the world of meople :P
