Audio Extraction

Do any of you know how (or have the ability) to extract sound from a movie? I found a music video by a new Ohio band, The Sun, that's also some sort of weird ad for Beautiful Agony of which I want to try to make an mp3 so I can listen to it on my iPod. but virtual dub is windows and i don't have windows.

i found a way to do it, though. it's really crappy quality, though.

Because Premiere costs lost of monies.

The program isn't the problem. I found a little freebie to do it. The problem is the quality of the recording. It's not the greatest, so this will do for now until it's actually released. They signed to Warner, so that means they'll probably show up on iTunes and I can just buy the one song for $1 since they're probably too obscure for p2p.
