I've actually read the book. My mom picked it up somewhere. It's an interesting read, and it really does fit a lot better with my own experience. I've always been fairly indifferent to carrots and sticks, but if I've got a task that's actually *interesting*, I'm all over it.

THat's all well and good but the principles he speaks of can't be applied across the board across all types of employment. Good vid though.

Yeah. Great for a white-collar environment, but not so much for the labor/service sectors.
