The wedding plans are coming along. We've got a place booked and it's a very nice open blank space. I'm still not entirely sure how what's it's going to look like for the wedding, but I've got some ideas. The bridal party is formed. Just a few more big things to get done. We're getting married in August.

I had wanted to wait a few years, but then after a conversation with Billy I realized that I have no good reason to wait.

I'm actually kinda excited about and as several people have reminded me it'll be a chance to show off my artistic talent (however little there is).

Ruby, the puppy, is getting bigger and into all types of trouble. I wasn't too sure about her at first, but she's started to grow on me.

We have a dog now.

She had belonged to the neighbors across the hall, but they kicked her out into the hallway. Ted being the softie that he is let her in.

She's still a puppy and has already destroyed two of Ted's ties, but she's incredibly cute.

I really want to strangle the new tech.

There needs to be a limit on how much a person is allowed to talk at a scene.

Valentine's Day was actually really nice. I've never been a fan of the holiday and I think that this is first time I've actually done anything for it (besides those crappy elementary school parties), but it was nice jsut to spend time together.

This week has been just awful. I'm so glad it's over.

Do you know how hard it is to work with stupid arson investigators blathering about jurisdiction while you're trying not to choke on plastic fumes?
