We leave Arusha at 5pm, when the day is already late. And yet, a day’s worth of activity follows. I find myself remembering the writings of Isak Dinesen in Out of Africa. Between her writings and Beryl Markham's, and my own sister's letters about Africa, I imagined I'd been there myself, and now, I'll have to add your journal notes to the list. Thanks for the descriptions--I'm so glad it's you, because I know you'll soak it all in and make it a part of your soul...xo
