First night camping and when morning comes, both Andrew and I profess to have been terrified of every single noise we heard. It is simultaneously unnerving and thrilling. Night sounds always seem so much more intense, especially camping, and especially where you are, I'm sure. Have they given you any pointers on what to do if you actually did come face to face with a lion?!

Maybe you should just leave intriguing water jugs around...at least they'd make some noise in warning, if a wandering lion comes exploring.
