When I think about the memory of this day, it is filled with the flavor of orange Oral Rehydration Solution. It is: sodium chloride, potassium chloride, orange flavoring and glucose. Thank goodness for that--is it sort of the equivalent of Gatorade or Pediolyte? At any rate, glad to hear your system is settling down. The world can't seem good if your body is rebelling.

And I remember so many camping trips where just being clean can mean a world of difference in my morale, so I can imagine how good those showers must feel.
