Whole flocks of birds come to visit the patio ponds that have remained faithfully filled by Tobiko. Surely feeling physically better helps one's mental state! Glad to see. The birds here in our neck of the woods are also gathering round the birdbath out back, and desperately trying to stay cool. It's 100 degrees at 5pm here in the Triangle, and actually, the car thermometer says 107.

I, too, hope you remember those skies. Please tell Christy I have been enjoying her wonderful photos on her blog. They're all paintings waiting to happen.

I bet the kids got a real kick out of your attempts with Swahili. Good for you guys!
