Here we are; here we remain
It was a lot easier to do the protection spell on our apartment. No one in unless they're on the friends list.
Willy's bar? Not too much of a problem. Humans and demons who're feeling seriously violent are encouraged to go elsewhere.
But shielding the store? When I've still got contractors wandering in and out all day long? I don't know if all that banging and hammering counts as violence--I mean, it is pretty noisy. So I can't filter based on that. And I can't set it to a friends-only list because it's not the same people coming in every day, not to mention I've got delivery people coming in now with inventory.
I hate kludging around like this. I'm working with an electrical system that's still being modified/installed, not to mention the video cameras haven't arrived yet. So the best I can come up with now is something that makes me go twitchy every time a stranger enters. I can put up something stronger at night, but I can't help but remember that the "corporate hacks" came to get me early in the morning.
