Some woman today called my room from Equador. Apparently she was looking for "Jose Zsoba" who used to live here last year. She didn't speak very good English at all and I'm pretty rusty with my Spanish. Thankfully my roommate from last year, Pat, happened to stop by and he took over the conversation. Sitting here in my room on Friday night. Burning DMB concerts, playing guitar, and hopefully reading some of my book which is due on Monday (not the entire thing, just one chapter). Hey everyone. So at the library now we have a 42" plasma flatscreen TV behind the main desk. It's hooked up to a DVD player, a VCR, a computer, and to regular cable TV. Silk Road was a pretty good place. The free wine was cool but I didn't have any. There's an AMAZING cafe on 83rd between Amsterdam and Broadway called "Cafe Lalo" (pronounced lay-low I believe). I'm heading down to "Silk Road" - a Chinese place on Amsterdam between 81st and 82nd. It's Ben's birthday soon so a bunch of us are heading off. It's a cool place (so I've heard, never been there) and I'll probably try to stop off at Columbia afterwards to see Bill, Rob, and Nick if I can.

So I cut my finger open yesterday while moving empty fuel drums at MacArthur airport. I was working for my Uncle Ken's friend and it was an okay job until this happened. I ended up going to the Emergency Room for the first time in 14 years and getting five stitches. The needle with the numbing medication actually hurt more than getting the cut
