Okay. So, I wrote this short story for my Creative Writing class. It's a pretty cool course. I recently got this piece "workshopped", which basically means everyone tells me what's wrong with it or what it needs

I liked your overall story. I don't think I've heard of anything like brothers fighting brothers in a war before, it seemed fresh and original. Your description of sci-fi laser blasts was pretty sweet, most of your descriptions were vivid and clear. I think you're a good writer

I still haven't decided what tense I'm going to be writing in. There's just something I don't like about past tense, but I generally don't use it.
