Yikes.

I haven't been that explosively ill for years. I've checked the foods and nothing was past it's use by date, but I spent half an hour just being sick last night. Without going ito too many details, it got worse from there and by half four I'd vented everything my system held in the most unpleasant ways imagineable. With any luck, anyone who ( Read more... )

Zoiks! It's the trickster gods again. Yours this time. They're taking offence to being called nice, and are getting in some low punches.

drink water, but not too much that you fill up on it. lot's of fluids is a myth unless you have severe dehydration. try and space water with peppermint tea (no... sucking a polo doesn't count) it will ease the nausea. try to avoid chamomille unless you want to flush it out of your system.

eat only dry foods (bread/toast etc) and when you start to feel better have a little milk to line your stomach.

big hug. X

I suspect it was cream that started all this. I shall be laying off all dairy for a while. Thank you though - you know know my feelings on peppermint tea! Chamomile? Bleuch!

I've stuck to caffeine free lemon tea and soluble panadol.

I have that song in my head now...
