I have, if anything gained weight since I started with KoL. I know I'm not significantly healthier.

Maybe I manage to have a very flattering, exhausted, blissed out look after running. All my pix from china have that kind of expression... if I'd dressed better on that trip, and not worn such loose clothing I look huge & shapeless, I'd try harder to get copies of those pix.

A few years ago I comparing 2 pix taken at ConnectiKoL on the same day, same outfit, and I look 50 lbs different in them. Same. Day. Camera Angle is amazing that way.

I didn't get any shout-outs from the crowd at all this year. not. one.

but, an SCA buddy met me at the finish line. we hung out at Nail Creek until another friend, and then my sister, showed up. She finds the finish line mob really stressful, but she's campaigning this year, and insisted I wear her shirt, so she endured it.
