Oh the fun.
Come close and listen well my friends for I have a tale to tell...
'Twas Wednesday just gone, at one past noon,
when at the door a knocking I heard.
I was but in a towel and so ignored.
After 5 minutes of sitting around, Upstairs I travelled to see my beloved,
when once more came a knock at the door.
Once again it went ignored. Persistant, the knock came 5 times again.
Then a few minutes later came a key in the door. Tis Andy returned.
I listened for his call but it came not.
He was too quite,what was amiss?
So on with some trousers and down to inquire,
Two figures I see.
The first was gone, dashed through the door.
The second held a bag on his back.
I looked to the living room to see my playstation gone, in the bag it was.
In my reach the burglar was for I jumped and grabbed, relieving him of the bag.
Wrestle we did, I tried to restrain him
But his friend seeked entrance again and so I bolted the door for we were right next to it.
Amy went to phone the police.
I wrestled, and dragged him to the floor, a hand at his throat.
Some how he shook me and got to his feet, unbolting the door.
"give me the stuff" he cried but I did not comply.
"I'll F***ing stab you" and he reach in his jacket.
F**k this I thought.
The door stood open behind him.
"GET OUT!!!" I yelled to his suprise.
I pushed him with all my might and out side he flew, resist as he might.
The door safely locked, I checked my prize.
The playstation returned.
Though I felt like writing it in a weird style, it is a true story. And they did get away with my phone and wallet so I can now only be contacted through email. How they got in we don't know,though my keys had gone missing a day before. The police got finger prints and have matched them to a known criminal. Amy's looking at mug-shots today I think. But as for me, I'm back at uni.
