Seriously need help- looking to hire baristas

Okay, I'm at my wits end. My ASM, who has been running my store during my maternity leave, has not been able to hire anyone, two of my existing baristas got second jobs, thereby shutting down their availability on weekdays, and I'm off for another 3 weeks. Unfortunately, my morning availability is only until 2pm or so on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 11am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
It was never meant to be. :(
