I noticed most of Zero's violations are rather stupid and dont contribute to unsanitary conditions. they are talking about 1 sink that has a trash can infront of it and we dont use it at all(ehich explains why we dont have towels or soap there). this is the cause of about 5 infractions.As for our slicer being dirty, it is cleaned withing 15min of being used, the inspector may have came in during a rush of people when someone had been slicing meats/cheese/etc and not had time to properly clean it yet. The broken thermometers... idunno, all i can say is our fridge/freezer is very cold.
