So today I got a root canal done. This is the first time I have ever had this procedure. I have a terrible fear of needles and the dentist I went to does not use laughing gas. That didn't sound like any fun at all. When I went to see my dentist last, he looked at one of my old fillings and decided it needed to come out; while he was drilling, he said it looked like I'd need a root canal, and didn't this tooth bother me? I told him that tooth has never bothered since I had it filled, and he seemed surprised. He told me that if it starts to bother me, to come in, b/c I'll need a root canal. Well what do you know, ever since he f*cked with it, it bothers me! I have yet to go back to him - I'm still convinced that he "did something".
