Diet Update

It has now been 2 months (almost to the day) since I started this diet. I have now lost a total of 16 pounds. My first benchmark is 28 pounds and I am well on my way there. The total over all goal is to loose about 130 pounds in a little over a year. At this rate I should be able to accomplish that and maybe more.

That's excellent Matt, great job! What are you doing? Are you following a particular diet or exercise plan? Rich and I have been going to the gym, but not really following any "plan". Keep up the good work! Try to post some pics if you can XD
