I wonder sometimes...are we all meant to do something? Someone told me once that we're put on this Earth to do something, and if we don't do it no one else will. I wonder if I'll ever figure out exactly what that is. I'm worried I won't figure out what it is, or by the time I do it'll be too late. What if that thing I'm supposed to do forces me to

hm. it's an interesting thought, isn't it? if you don't do what you're supposed to do, no one's going to do it.
but i guess whatever you end up doing is what you're meant to do.

and don't you find it odd that there's CONSTANT road construction on like, crooks, 'cause they're always trying to smooth out those bumps...but no one ever does construction to smooth out the bumps on the dating road. stupid construction workers. :(

i know EXACTLY how you're feeling right now, chris. i've come to a point in my life where nothing seems to be that bad, but then again it's not that great anymore and i've been sitting back and thinking a lot. you're right, life is very mysterious.

hope you're doing well at State and i'd love it if we talked more

honestly, my opinion on it is, if you think too hard about what you should be doing, you end up not doing it at all.
just kinda....go with the flow. it's hard, and sometimes you don't have the talent or the patience to do it AND get the results you want, but sometimes that's all you can do.

yes, you DO need a break. you push yourself too hard chris--and sometimes that's a good thing. but you do need to give yourself some slack sometimes. even if you feel like you're not working yourself hard enough.

and if all of that's wrong...then....hahas whatever. happy halloween!
