I guess I'd be being nit-picky if I said that:

"Still, the work has not been enough to sell the property. Hoping to entice buyers, real estate agent Ophelia Smith said she cut the asking price from $445,000 to $378,000, but the new offer has yet to lure any buyers."

Would be better if you replaced the final "buyers" with "takers", since repeating buyers makes it sound a little awkward?
