today i revisited a collection of tiny books that i have which summarize the happiness, anger and sadness of teeth, in a series by brandy fedoruk. i didn't quite realize how long it was before i started tappety tapping it out... and i didn't have the patience to scan it... anyways... the latest installment

the things they were sorry about
there were alot of things that her teeth were sorry about.
it had become a matter of habit to dismiss them as issues of collective regret,
but lately they had begun to take partial responsibility on behalf of the less conscientious.
these were the teeth that she admired the most.

1. that internal organs can fail.
2. that dragons are only make believe.
3. the demise of bricks in architecture.
4. feelings of insignificance.
5. irreparable damage.
6. the invention of neon.
7. moments of panic.
8. religious disputes.
9. halfheartedness.
10. bad habits.
11. the small voice the eagle has.
12. varying degrees of dedication.
13. the feeling of loss.
14. that pomegranates are more trouble than they're worth.
15. the overall disarray of mankind.
16. inconsistencies.
17. unfair advantages.
18. matters of the heart kept quiet.
19. that language can separate people.
20. that nothing is guaranteed.
21. when small birds fall from their nests.
22. ambivalence.
23. niceties gone unnoticed.
24. bygone days.
25. that newfoundland is so very far away.
26. every wasted minute.
