Venting

It was a simple request, with a logical reason - take the full bowl compost from the gerbil home to the back composter instead of the smaller one near the house. Supporting me, or at least listening to the reason, would be better than under mining my parental authority by telling Cassandra that I just did it to be a control freak.

You're in a unique parenting situation. Venting here is more than OK - just wanted to let you know that I hear you and support your choices in how you parent your child.

You are a wonderful Mom - I've seen it whenever I see how you interact with Cassandra. She's a good kid: polite, excited about life, loves to learn, outgoing but not overbearing...you've done a great job as a Mom and you're continuing to do it.

Keep up the good work and vent here as needed.
