Here are some GOF movie spoilers from
TLC.. There's some info about N/G and of course...cough*cough...
MA: There probably aren't words we can use. So, we'll let everybody's imagination...So, we don't want that happening to Hermione or Emma. While we are on the Yule Ball topic, the romance topic, I dread to bring it up, but how were all the couples.
DW: One of the best scenes in the film comes at the Yule Ball and it's with Ginny Weasley and Neville Longbottom. Their chemistry is just amazing and they're having so much fun, and they're just enjoying themselves so much. After the Yule Ball's over, Neville stumbles into the room still dancing. He's like the last one to leave the ball. I don't know. It's really cool to see him develop that way too. It's funny cause when Professor McGonagall gives a dance lesson before the Yule Ball so that everyone will have an idea of what to do, and much to his surprise, one of the students is chosen out of the class to be her dance partner, and he's terrified by it.
MA: Oh, I think we can imagine who that might be. Okay, we're not going to say anymore about that.
DW: No, we're not going to do that. It's one of the funniest scenes in the film.
MA: Oh excellent.
DW: McGonagall's face during that whole situation, she's so uncomfortable. She doesn't want to do this. She wants to remain that authority figure. She doesn't, you know...well, you'll see.
MA: Yeah, McGonagall being forced? Oh goodness. What about the main trio? What about they're romance? How does that work?
DW: They're sort've.. I don't want to use too strong of words by saying this, because I'm a huge Potter fan...
MA: Stronger words have been used to describe shippers - just go for it.
DW: Ok, look, here we go. There's a love triangle between Harry and Hermione and Ron...
MA: Oh oh!
DW: And at different points in the film, you see sparks fly between Harry and Hermione - they may be subtle but the're there and you can pick up on them and I really don't want to go on and point them out because I know that the Harry Potter fans will be able to do that themselves.
MA: (laughs) They might even find some that you didn't see. (laughs) No that's interesting because we've had, ok, we've had confirmation now, we know how it ends up, we know that a triangle is not the way the book went, or will go, so I find it interesting that the filmmakers made the choice to go one way.
DW: You really start to notice at the Yule Ball scene that Hermione's interests are with Ron. There are some subtle gestures that they may be leaning toward Harry earlier in the film but, the clincher is at the Yule Ball scene when Hermione finally yells at Ron and lays into him and really gives it to him that he had not asked her to go before Krum had asked her.
MA: What does Ron do?
DW: He sits there like a 14 years old Ronald Weasley and doesn't say a word!
MA: Ok, so enough with that fluffy romance stuff, let's talk Voldemort.
