well, let me put it this way (and feel free to tell hubby this)...

when my SO saw the parking sign, she looked at me and demanded "What is the meaning of this?"
My reply: "What it means is between the hours of 8AM and 6PM, i can only be in there for two hours. Outside those hours, i can be in there as long as i want!"
