because I don't always feel I have something to add here compared with people currently attending and working at CTY. Also, is it just me, or is the community less active than it was a few years ago? It seems like most of the younger people are on Facebook instead

Working at a Shakespeare Festival sounds awesome, though. Even if it's in the middle of nowhere. So do you plan to go into theater professionally?
Don't regret old CTY correspondences.
It's nice to see what people are up to later.
Oh, speaking of arts and festivals, I spent the last summer at the American Dance Festival, which is hosted at Duke, which also happens to be the hub of TIP, a program very similar to CTY that Julian Stanley also had a hand in founding. It was an odd mix of CTY nostalgia and being the Other, the 'rinas whom the TIP kids thought were all stupid.
