Needy Neighbors

Do you have someone in your neighborhood that thinks you can solve all their problems?  I can’t drive up the street without walking in the door to a ringing phone; I know who it is too.  We have one neighbor who has a major hard on for big ass concrete pots that she can’t carry much less move.  I get home from school for the first time in a month
