10/17 Save the Date

A number of people recently saw fit to remind me that I will complete another revolution around Sol in a few weeks, on October 17 to be precise. The lovely Mrs. skiptomylou kindly offered to arrange a little get together in order to celebrate. Details remain to be sorted, but the basic plan is to gather for dinner at Parea Wine Bar and Cafe conveniently

I'm flying into the Bay Area that night but I don't get in until 10 PM or so and I'm coming into SJC, so... I will juuust miss it. Goddamnit. But yeah, will be around until Saturday night the 20th, and will be in the city for most of that Friday (interviewing all afternoon).

I'd love to be there, but school nights tend to be difficult for me, coming from Santa Cruz; particularly school nights when I need to be at work by 8AM for a mandatory all-staff meeting. I'll have to owe you a drink or something.
