Opening post, first fic in a new fandom. Go me.

Title: Disengagement

Summary: Musashi leaves. UST ensues.
Disclaimer: Not mine, never will be.
Warnings: MusaHiru. Spoilers for chapters 132. Also, minor playing around with of canon timeline.

( Hiruma had assumed that Musashi would be back eventually. )

You shall not be haunting this post. You shall not look at it and think, "Oh my god what the fuck was I thinking?" and then attempt to delete it. Because I will restrain you and/or throw things at you.

I did not miss out on an hour of possible Anthro reading, trying to figure out a FUCKING TITLE with you so you can pine after this piece. It's finished. It's UST-filled. It's grammatically correct and finally in-character. I won't squee or flail at you for writing MusaHiru because I still blame you for implanting the pairing into my own brain in the first place.

But I say well done for your first post (even though you have some SERIOUS ISSUES about the quality of your work which are quite, assuredly, unfounded and that I will be beating out of you the next time they pop up).

It's UST-filled. The kiss was hot. Hiruma was smart-assed and vicious. Loved the details. Will pimp after Anthro. Are we clear? :3

Ne ne, I don't know what you're so worried about. It was beautiful. ^^ I could definately see the slow change in Musashi and Hiruma's frustration was very good. Loved the part about Musashi's beard.

I can see how writing these two is very hard, but you did a good job. ^^ So no worries, yeah? (Except for finals XP )

This is my personal summation of that era of Hiruma and Musashi's relationship:

Hiruma: "Come play football!"

Musashi: "I can't."

Hiruma: "Well, why the fuck not?"

Musashi: "Because I'm a MAN."

...which kind of made me want to hug him and smack him at the same time.

I'm glad you liked this! Musashi and Hiruma are above and beyond my favorite pairing in Eyeshield.

Oh..my..GOD. This was abso-fucking-lutely beautiful. Contrary to the above person though, I don't think Hiruma was OOC at all. In fact, the very reason why this fic is so fantastic is that you have Hiruma's characterizations pretty much down to pat. (And I know how hard that can be.) I could see the scenes reeling out in my head and this really could have been how Hiruma would have reacted.

Awesome job! Write more!
