may sound silly, but I get up and jog/power walk for 15 minutes every other morning.. then every night I do the workout mode on DDR and play until I burn 300-400 calories. I normally wear a sweater to make me sweat more as well. Then I do about 15 minutes of ab exercises.
I'm just eating a lot better, avoiding fried foods. Eating whole grain wheat bread instead of white bread. Eating lots of fruits and veggies. It's hard, but it's paying off.
