in a river and rule it a suicide.

Because, you know, there is NO POSSIBLE OTHER EXPLANATION.

wasn't suicide the ruling when that cadet at Deepcut shot himself in the head with his rifle. Three times... ?

It was also the ruling regarding the woman who was found naked, with her feet bound and her arms bound behind her back, hanging from her neck from the balcony of her (legal) drug-making boyfriend in SoCal.
