So the other night, while my honey is watching NCIS, the initial murder victim was found to have been stretched on a rack. At the commercial I turned and asked my honey, "Is it wrong of me to want to know if they used a plank rack or wheel rack?". The answer is apparently yes

You know too much about this particular torture device. My personal area of too much information is when I say, "That's not just a catapult, it's a trebuchet!"

As far as the Death Star, everyone knows that putting that much energy into a single armored weapon is bad strategy. Better to have smaller but more numerous ones. And the asteroid missile is a great idea. Just read "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress" by Heinlein for an excellent use of similar tactics.

Admission: I was wondering the same thing at the beginning of that episode.Patiently awaiting the answer to my question only to find out it was neither. Now wanting to school Ducky in terms of usage... Mebbe I'm less evil and more persnickety.
