Jin tossed his net out into the sea, his eyes protectively watching as his wife strolled down the beach. He smiled as he saw that her hands lightly rested on her stomach. A chuckle and a slap on the back of his shoulder made Jin turn around, coming face to face with a smirking Sawyer.

“Hey there, Daddy-o. Ready for a brat of your own? I hear they’re a handful,” he teased.

Jin only comprehended little, but shot Sawyer a tolerant look before tugging his net back.

The American grinned and laughed, “Got any names for it yet?”

Jin understood the question and pretended to look thoughtful as he gathered up the fish. Finally, he turned to the man beside him and said, “Sawyer.”

Sawyer’s grin quickly dissolved.

“What?”

Jin nodded and repeated, “Sawyer.”

Sawyer stared at him, his mouth slightly open and his brow furrowed. Jin met his eyes, appearing serious for as long as possible. When his face broke into a smile and he started to laugh, Sawyer rolled his eyes.

“Very funny, very funny.”
