Another side project
Ok, so I can't seem to have enough to do in my life. I've decided that a full-time job, a part-time mall job and growing a baby just aren't enough to keep me busy.

Ok, so you all know I'm not a football fan. That being said, why on earth does the US government feel the need to get involved in the broadcast of the Patriots/Giants game last night? What on earth was the government thinking with the No Child Left Behind act? It's well-intentioned, I'm sure, but it puts undue burden on our already limited supply of teachers and places no responsibility on the students or parents ( Read more... ) -
new focus
I've decided that I'm going to change the focus of my journal entries. It's been years of posting about various crap that seemed important to me, in my life, but had no relevance to the greater good of the world.
From now on, I'm going to limit the "woe-is-me" posts and start telling the world what I think about it. -
R & R
Believe it or not, other than scheduled shifts at the mall this weekend I did NOT do any other work. I allowed myself to relax, get some stuff done around the house, and not trouble myself with what I left at the office.
I'm hoping this strategy was a good one, as I'm hoping to attack the week with a renewed vigor. -

Ok, seems like most major pressure is off at the moment. If only my emotional rollercoaster would catch up. Tonight, this girl is going to sleep quite well.
