You can't get colin and jonny's last name mixed up, BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE SAME LAST NAME. They are brothers.

I'm an iggy pop fan and I've only heard maybe one or two of his songs. But I'm a fan because I've seen him walk and I've heard him talk and he's awesome. And sometimes that's all you need.

yeah, iggy pop and the stooges are pretty amazing, especially if you consider that they did what they did back in the 60s. pretty crazy all around. That's why a lot of people consider iggy pop and the stooges to be one of the (if not THE) first punk groups. Of course, one can always find an earlier influence or example if one looks, so probably some 5th century arabian general is actually the creator of punk and garage rock, but why don't we just give it to iggy just this once.

so "Hoppípolla" off of SIgur Ros' new album "Takk" really sounds like Fire Theft era Enigk. Almost like they were doing it on purpose (vocally). It's a neat song. This album definitely rocks more, you know? Than "( )" I mean. But " ( ) " is nice to listen to as you fall asleep on snowy, snowy nights.

yeah, after you mentioned it, i went back and listened to some more fire theft, and i'm gonna have to agree fully. in an interview i learned that "hoppipolla" means "Hopping Puddles" in icelandic, and "Glossoli" means "Glowing Sole" and yes, i did spell that right- it means a glowing sole of a shoe. or so the band says...Yeah, i think over all (with the exception of "Starlafur"(which is one of my all time favorite songs- a song to fall in love and make out to.... off of "ágætis byrjun" (the album before ( ) - until takk it was my favorite sigur ros album) takk is my new favorite sigur ros album

i'm sorry if that last whole part is pretty much incomprehensible...but somehow i just don't care at thee moment...
