I called AA this morning and upgraded my SJC to NRT segments using my brand spanking new VIP upgrades...SWEEETTT!!!! Both legs were available and the agents for EXP were absolutely great. As far as the attitude flight attendant - on my last flight, which was already annoying as hell as it was standby on some crappy turboprop on NWA to make up for cancelling my flight (yeah yeah, run on sentence) - anyhow, I'm sitting there reading a book on the treo and she comes by and is all bitchy about "is that a phone?!? Phones have to be off - you'll crash the plane!! Blah blah blah"
